Paul Aldi Wright was born June 19, 1925. He was the son of Kirk Lambert Wright and Gertrude Howard Wright. He entered the U.S. Navy on Oct. 3, 1943. The WWII Young American Patriots published he was killed in action in the Pacific on December 22, 1944 and awarded a Purple Heart and five Battle Stars. He was buried in the US in 1948. Paul's brother, Carold, was also killed in action in WWII one month later on January 31, 1945.
